 | Each visit with Jeff gets better and better. Perhaps I am getting more comfortable, or he understands more of what I need in relief, or even a combination of the two. Definitely I feel there is a nice exchange of energy between us. At one point he was working on an intense knot area of my back and I clung to his calf. That is just one example of drawing on his strength while working on one of my tough areas. It was awesome. The end of the massage is also nice... additional focus on my feet and hands.
