Jeff is the real deal, folks. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I sent Jeff a text to try and set something up, and within the hour the appointment was set! When I arrived, Jeff's warm and inviting nature set me right at ease from the start. He explained the order of things while making me comfortable with water and then we started with the oatmeal scrub in the tub together.
